For all members, for ONLY the visit fee, we will:

• Send healthcare professionals to your home or workplace to diagnose, test, and treat you
  • For get-well and stay-well care, our goal is to see you, 7 days a week, within 2 hours of your call to us to get-well.
• Deliver well-kits with foods, beverages, and over-the-counter remedies
  • For get-well and stay-well care, our goal is to see you, 7 days a week, within 2 hours of your call to us to get-well.
• Prescribe and deliver your medications
  • For get-well and stay-well care, our goal is to see you, 7 days a week, within 2 hours of your call to us to get-well.
• Filing your insurance claims for you
• Give you secure Web access to your medical records, medical history, treatment records, lab results, and more
  • For get-well and stay-well care, our goal is to see you, 7 days a week, within 2 hours of your call to us to get-well.

In addition, for Gold Plus or Platinum Plus members, we will:

• Perform one men's/women's premium wellness assessment per year (valued at $185 per individual)
• Consult with a healthcare professional, licensed in Texas, over the phone or email 8am to 8pm.
