WhiteGlove’s corporate membership program allows companies to pay our Gold and Platinum consumer memberships for its employees (and/or dependents) at a discounted rate. For organizations that participate in this program, it gives:

  • Employees (and dependents) access to affordable routine medical care, at work or home, 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm.
  • Employers the ability to reduce:
    • the wages wasted spent on employees running around to the doctor, pharmacy, lab, and grocery store.
    • the number of business disruptions caused by employees out of work.
    • the medical claims paid out.

Our corporate membership program is available to organizations of all sizes and works with any health insurance plan. Now there is a simple way to lower your health insurance claims and run your business with far less disruptions. Until now, when your employees needed routine care, their choices were their primary care physician, the emergency room or an urgent care center. The last two choices really drive up out-of-pocket expenses and claims amounts paid. WhiteGlove offers your employees a much more convenient, higher quality, lower cost choice. And your business enjoys much lower claims paid.

Beyond the service provided to the employees, WhiteGlove’s corporate membership program delivers distinct services to the employer:

  • Perform all the on-going registration and administration for the company and its employees, month-to-month
  • Offer free Men’s/Women’s basic wellness assessment per employee per year (valued up to $185 per individual), whether individually or part of a corporate health fair
    • Free for non-Humana insured
    • Only the in-network specialist co-pay for Humana insured
  • Initiate regular reach-out programs to engage employees to take advantage of the service
  • Provide annual reports summarizing:
    • the service utilization of your employees
    • the estimated financial impact to your business, your employees, and your insurance plan
    • the biometric screening of your employees (gathered from wellness assessments and visits)

Total Cost

Employer: Pays the Membership / Administration Fee

  • Annual term, billed monthly
  • 60% employee enrollment in a location required

Employee: Pays the Visit Fees ($35 or Humana in-network specialist co-pay)

  • Labs and meds covered by your insurance plan
  • No limit on number of visits
  • May upgrade to a family membership at any time (non-Humana)
