Whiteglove House Call Health is committed to providing you with exceptional medical care that completely changes the way you are treated. Our service is meant to be simple and easy, eliminating many of the frustrations and inconveniences of today's experience. Here is how our service works:

• You contact us and schedule a visit, 7 days a week 8am to 8pm
  • A new patient? We gather profile information, medical history information, and current symptoms/triage
  • An existing patient/member? We gather current symptoms/triage and check membership status
• Assuming your medical complaint fits within our scope of care, we come visit you at your home or workplace
  • To Get-well? We diagnose and treat you, leaving you with a feel-well gift
  • To Stay-well? We examine and test you
• As a member, we:
  • Contact your pharmacy of choice, pick-up your prescriptions and deliver them to you from 9am to 9pm
  • Leave you with a well-kit made up of many of the foods and drinks needed to get well along with some over-the-counter meds
• We post your lab results on the web for your review as soon as they are available
• Follow-up with you to make sure you are on the mend or have other questions that we can answer
