It depends on your plan with Humana, whether you have met your deductible or not (if you have any), and whether you have an in-network specialist co-pay or not. When you call us, we will be able to tell you exactly what you will pay for a visit. But, in general, you pay the same as you would to see an in-network specialist and receive exceptional routine medical care.

So, your visit cost will be:

• If you have an HMO, PPO, or a Medicare PPO plan with Humana, the visit fee for all visits is your in-network specialist co-pay (plus any prescription co-pays and lab fees).
• If you have a High Deductible plan with Humana, your first visit fee will be between $0 and $275, depending on whether you have met your deductible or not. All subsequent visits fees will be between $0 and $35, depending on whether you have met your deductible or not. Plus any prescription co-pays and lab fees.
