“OK, so you probably remember that I'm susceptible to allergies. While coming back from CA last Saturday, my ear felt like it was about to explode. I didn't think much of it, besides the fact that it hurt like hell. However, while in CA my son got a nasty ear infection...so I started to think that maybe I should check myself out in case this may be more than simple allergies. I'm headed to NY next week and really don't want an actual ear-piercing rupture on a plane...
So, I go online, schedule an appointment with Whiteglove. I get a call back, schedule an appointment. Stephanie arrived about 5 minutes early. She was really good. Nice and approachable, but professional. Presents herself well, and makes you feel comfortable. She did all of the BP, temp, ear, nose, throat, and heart stuff. It went very quickly.
She found the beginnings of an ear infection in my right ear...to my surprise. So now she's going to call in the prescriptions to Albertson's (our normal pharmacy) and one of your guys is going to deliver it.
Damn. That worked well. Not only will it keep me healthy (as much as possible) but it makes me "feel better" that I did something about it. I simply would not have made the time to do so if I had to go sit in a waiting room and coordinate the whole thing myself. I'm not worried about my flights next week now. You know, as more people actually experience this service, you're going to have a tiger by the tail. Also, guys like me are likely to keep themselves more healthy. So thanks for starting this thing up! :-)”

“Who could have known I would need your service so soon after signing up in early November? I awoke last Monday morning sneezing, aching, nauseated, fever over 102, etc. In other words, miserably flu wracked. I phoned your service about 9:15 a.m. By 11:00 a.m. my savior was knocking, carrying the bag of chicken soup, ginger ale, Tylenol, Kleenex, Care Water, etc. Her examination of me was very thorough, very professional, very explanatory and most compassionate. She then went to my pharmacy with prescriptions for Tami flu, etc., and about an hour later returned with them.
On that wet, cold and nasty Monday your service saved me from the misery of sitting in an emergency room or a doctor's office for hours while sneezing and coughing influenza virus over everyone else in the place. I count that as one of the biggest pluses of your agency.
